Average size lots: Quarter Acre (10,000 sq feet of turf or less)
The referral must be a new customer to Rooney
What Qualifies a Next Door Neighbor? It can be a neighbor across the street, behind you or 2 houses on either side of your home. Put simply, if Rooney doesn't have to move their truck to cut your neighbor's lawn, it's considered a next door neighbor
