It was nice to catch up with you last week. I’ve been meaning to send you a note but the days have been getting away from me. I wanted to make sure to acknowledge the team that worked at my house. I don’t remember their names but they did a great job and were so hard-working. I know from my own experience that moving those stones is very heavy and hard work. When I asked them to adjust a few stones they made sure they were all set. Additionally, they did a great job digging the trench for the gas line. I could never have gotten as deep as they did on my own. Hopefully it stays down for years to come.

As we discussed, I’ve had good experiences with your teams and this was no different.

I know you get lots of notes when things don’t go well. I just wanted to shoot one when it does.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say the yard is looking great and we’re so excited to see the finished product! We also wanted to let you know how impressed we are with all the workers that have been here (Angel, Juan and the guys here now). They are VERY hard workers, work long hours, friendly and you can tell they really care about their work. I saw them out there with a measuring tape making sure everything was perfect and where it should be. We have really enjoyed working with both of you as well and appreciate your honesty, suggestions and help throughout the entire process. We can’t wait to enjoy our new yard!

I am writing this testimonial because I feel that it is strongly deserved by Dave Rooney and his team. We had initially hired another landscaping company to re-do our patio with pavers and address a drainage and grading issue in the back yard. My husband and I quickly realized that the company we hired was not going to be able to meet our needs and expectations.

In a panic, I called Rooney Landscaping. I had heard that they are a state of the art landscaping company, but I didn’t call them because I knew that they would be more expensive. I spoke with Ann on the phone. She was super nice and she took the time to listen to our story. She contacted Dave and he came to our house that same day!

Dave literally came in like Superman and saved our project and our sanity! He took over and had his highly qualified team finish the project the way it should have been done in the first place. The quality of work was evident from the very beginning. After our lovely patio was completed, the drainage and grading issues were addressed. Rooney Landscaping buried our sump pump pipe and two down spouts that were an issue. It’s a beautiful thing not seeing puddles of water in our yard!

The point of this testimonial is that Dave is not only a professional at his job, but he is true to his word, on time and an overall nice person to work with. Although their work is a bit pricey, the quality of the work more than makes up for it. We got what we paid for and had a very positive outcome. Dave treated our home like it was his own. We can’t thank him enough! He and his crew really exceeded our expectations!
